To use PS primer or not

I am almost finished straightening and priming my 1969 Camaro.

I used your Duplicolor high build primer surfacer, and was wondering if I can put the PS color over the HB primer?

Can you tell me about how many quarts of clear I will need to put three coats of clear on my car.

You can put the PS color over the HB primer. They are both lacquers. As far as putting on 3 coats of clear I am going to approximate 4-6 quarts. I always load on the clear considering your going to be taking some back off due to sanding/buffing.
