What is the temperature range for spraying Duplicolor Paint Shop primer and paint? I am going to spray primer this week and the temps are supposed to be around 55F-60F, my garage typically stays about 5-10F warmer. If the thermometer in my garage says 65-70F, is it safe to paint. What happens if the temperature is colder?

60-70 is just fine for painting most anything. You can even spray when it is 40-50 really. It does affect dry times but you will be fine with that temp range.

6t8dart, I was wondering what you did to your garage to get it ready for a spray booth, any tips Thanks Jeff in Indy

Jeff, you can build a spray booth with some 2x4's, plastic, furnace filters and a box fan or you can sweep and wet down the floor to keep dust down. Wetting the floor may raise the humidity a bit so wait a little longer between coats for dry time.
