Painting my calipers today with this kit and i need to know after painting when can i apply decals and to protect the decal should i apply a clear coat, will it increase or decrease the brightness of the red? Also when can i spray clear coat.

I would suggest waiting at least 24 hours before applying decals to the painted surface. You could use our Engine Clear (DE1636) over the for added protection. The Engine Clear will not affect the brightness of the red. The most it will do is increase the gloss.
