PS over stock paint?

Can I apply the paint shop primer over my stock paint, assuming its ready like (sanded, cleaned, ect.) or do I have to sand to bare metal?? car its a Rx-7

Hey! driftingmyfc

All you have to do is get some heavy duty scotch Brite scuff pads and give the car a REALGOOD scuff job from top to bottom and your good to go! Don't forget the duplicolor prep wipes and tac cloth.
