I tried painting my interior going by how you guys show on the elearning and after I painted one piece about an hour later I could scratch the paint off real easy maybe you could help me out a little here. It is all hard plastic.

For a hard plastic surface you would want to lightly scuff the surface so that the paint has something to bond to...

Also, did you thoroughly clean the surface before painting? Interiors are notorious for soaking up wax and silicone protectants that are designed to penetrate the surface. Whenever we take on an interior project, we clean the vinyl and plastic with our Prep Spray (PS 100) at least 3 times.

What if the interior is textured? I also cleaned it with a TPS solution which gets all the contaiments off the plastic and the release mold from the factory. Then cleaned with a wax and grease remover/tack cloth. I also used an adhesion promter to help outfor better bonding.

Exactly the steps you need to take.
