Can anyone recommend a two part clear to spray of the Candy colors for more durablity and chemical resistance? I am painting a motorcycle and concerned about fuel spills on the gas tank. Also can the paint shop clear be used as a intercoat clear for mixing in pearls?

I would suggest checking out a Sherwin-Williams Automotive store near you. They would be able to provide you with an appropriate 2k Clear.
If you're looking for a pearl effect, you should check out the Paint Shop Metallic Clear. It's a clear coat with metallic particles suspended within it. If you don't want to go that route then my suggestion for mixing in pearls would be to test it in a small batch before committing it to your project. I don't think you'll have a problem, but it's always good to make sure before you start painting.
