Paint Shop is lacquer and it dries as the solvents evaporate. No it will never be as hard as a urethane paint which requires a reducer and hardener. It is prereduced and ready to spray which makes it affordable and user friendly for everyone. We suggest using Sherwin Williams HPC-15 as a clear coat if you choose to use a urethane clear.
