Painting fender flares and blending paint

Will the Paint Ship paint stick to fender flares off of a Jeep Wrangler? Im not sure what material the flares are made off. Heres a link to some: http://www.quadratec.com/products/12514_00_07.htm

If the system wont stick to them well, what aerosol spray is closest to Paint Shop's "Brillant Silver"?

Also, is it possible to respray a ~2in square area on my fenders, clear it then wet sand it smooth with the rest of the flare? Or do I have to spray the entire front fender?

1.Paint Shop will work just fine on the flares, but you will need an adhesion promoter for it to bond.

2. you can just spray the area needed and clear over it and wet sand it to blend . you want to use a block when sanding to get a level finish. dont ever do it by hand.
