The pan is in ok condition and will be replaced butmy question is I want to use the new Paint Shop paint and is there any special paint that I need o spray on the pan from the rest of the body and any type of primer needed for the pan to the body.... When ever painting over bare metal it is always good to start with a good etching primer. We do make it but in an aerosol form. The paint shop will go over it with no problem. Since this is a larger scale project you may want to contact your local auto body supply store for some bulk primer. Also with the pan of the car, you may want to use a catilized enamel for durability and use the Paint Shop on the actual body. I hope this helps.
