Ok, another question. I'm aware dupli-color has primer for plastic. Since the car I'm painting (A Fiero ) Has all Plastic and FiberGlass Body Panels, should I use the aerosol plastic primer or the standard Paint Shop Primer?

You could buy a bunch of cans of our CP199 Adhesion Promoter however you also might want to contact your local Sherwin Williams Automotive store. You won't need it for the fiberglass but there might be something special for the plastic on a Fiero.
