Why do you let a retailer sell your product with out haveing all supplys needed for the product (paint shop)
I needed the paint filters and stir sticks the retailer said they would never get them in I had to go to a auto paint store to get the rest of the things I need to do the job. (think god I have used them bofore so they did not charge me for the supplys they even put in the shaker for me kudos for them):confused: :confused: :confused:

That is the choice of the retailer! The auto parts store i use, has always had everything i needed.

That is correct Chris. The retailer and the sales rep sets the planogram however the employee may not have known whether they carried the strainer kit or not. As far as I know the strainer kit is always sold if the store carriers the Paint Shop line.
