Hi folks,
I'm painting a small project (electric guitar), and Dupli-Color acrylic lacquer has been recommended. I don't have a spray rig, so rattle cans are preferred, although I've used a Preval sprayer before and could use one to spray something out of the Paint Shop line if necessary.
The color I'm shooting for is a white pearl (I particularly like the Lexus white pearls I've seen). The most economical sequence I can put together uses both rattle cans and the Paint Shop metallic clear:
DAP1689 Sandable Primer, white (aerosol)
DAL1675 Lacquer, gloss white (aerosol)
BSP301 Metallic Clear Coat (from a Preval)
DAL1695 Lacquer, clear (aerosol)
Are all these products compatible? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Chris
