What do I use on this primer?

I have primered my bike with Duplicolor's sandable primer. The primer is flat black and I would like to clear coat it. Is this primer a lacquer or a urethane. Will I run into any problems clear coating a this primer with a flat clear urethane.

You can use the urethane clear over lacquer, and enamel, or just about any automotive grade paint. I dont think the primer will be a problem.
