I have a question about the filler primer and spraying a base coat over it. Will the filler primer hold up or bleed through the base color coat? The base color that will be used is Sherwin Williams Ultra line that uses a reducer. Can I spray the base coat over the filler primer? Or do I need to use a sealer primer over the filler primer? I'm just about ready to move to the next stage of this project, color and clear, but just want to make sure before I lay down the color coat first. Thanks for any input or advice.

What color primer and what color base are you using? That is what makes paint bleed. Always use a primer that would work best with your base coat. If you use a red primer and are painting your vehicle white then it will bleed. If you have any doubts then a sealer what you will want to use prior to your base coat. I hope this helps.
