I used the Bed Armour kevlar to coat my CJ7 tub. I was looking for some information about painting over the liner. Just because it is black and absorbs heat. Might not be much fun with the sun beating down on ya. I like the liner it went on easy enough. Painting over it is an after thought and really not a problem if it can't be painted.

It can be painted to but it isn't highly recommended only because there are true rubber particals in the formula. The flexing of the rubber might cause a top coat of paint to chip off. If you have any extra Bed Armor I would suggest coating a separate panel and then painting that to test durability.

You can be painted in the Duplicolor bed armor. I consider that the coating is continuous tough time, adhere to the bedlinen. Perhaps epoxy paint, but I tested it worked for some time and see what happens. Maybe they have a chemical substance or primer paint, go.
