metalcast over chrome paint?

can I spray metalcast over the duplicolor instant chrome? The metalcast ground coat is not really giving me a shiny look to start with :confused:

Not sure if metalcast is enamel or laquer, chrome is enamel and my understanding is laquer will lift a enamel paint.

The Metal Cast line works best using it over chrome. The ground coat is offered when you would like to use Metal Cast over a non chrome substrate but will never duplicate a true chrome part. Using the Instant Chrome will give the same results as the Metal Cast Ground Coat. Metal Cast is Enamel.
