which painting set up should i get?

i plan on painting the factory oem fender flares that im getting i belive they are abs hard plastic already painted a factory color. what items do i get to convert them to deep ocean blue ? do i have to scuff them to paint them ? is there a kit i can get ? is there deep ocean blue available ?

If they are already painted then simply scuff them down with either a Red Scotch pad or 600 grit wet/dry paper. Degrease then primer and paint. We offer a Deep Metallic Blue in our Paint Shop line however you can search our Perfect Match line if you want to use an aerosol. If you do go with an Aerosol our Deep Blue is a very close match to the GM Indago Blue from 2002 code WA9792.
