Urethane Compatibility

I am painting a 1975 Chevy PU. I used an epoxy primer, and a urethane sandable priner, and then a urethane color coat. Is the Duplicolor high build primer compatable with urethanes so I can use a spray can instead of mixing up a HVLP gun of primer every time? It would save me time and wasted paint. I have a couple of shadows and runs that need fixing before the final topcoat and clear go on.

Our high build primer is lacquer and is compatible with urethane's.
