Engine compartment

HI, thinking about using the paint shop system.

How will it do in the engine compartment?

Has anyone tried it yet?

i have done it, but i had everything sandblasted first and it was painted with the engine out of the car. areas that contain alot of heat i used the engine enamal paint. the car was painted last winter and it hasnt had any drive time yet so im not sure of its durability yet. I believe it will be fine, but i only used it on the wheel wells and firewall areas. also, i have heat shields and header wrap to keep heat out from under the hood. It looks great.

Junker, The engine bay will never get hot enough to burn the paint off of the inner fenders or firewall. Using Paint Shop under the hood will work fine.
