I am about to paint my car Viper Red. I was told that if I use a White Sealer over my primer and under my red base coat the color will be brighter and need less coats to cover. What do you think? Also, do Dupi-Color offer the white sealer......... J-ree

J-ree the color of primer does effect the base coat color so you are correct. If you used a black primer with red the red would appear darker. Our Paint Shop primer is light gray, not white.

If you only have gray sealer, what is your best solution for me to get the brightest red? J-ree

Lay down about 2 coats of our Paint Shop White. BSP201 or any white primer. Make sure you spray out a text panel to make sure all paint are compatible with your Viper Red.
